Well at least someone is like me in taking the mobile to the bathroom, jokes apart. I usually have a diary and a pen in the kitchen and phone for the bathroom, because most of the thoughts strike when I am in the kitchen with hands either wet or smeared with spices and herbs. So, a good ol' diary takes care of my thoughts in the kitchen.
And with mobile I follow the trick you once told me about to jot everything down in your self group. Amazing tip it was. My notes and my group is filled with random thoughts.
But Notion is still a challenge for me.
Maybe one day. I shall overcome this challenge also. Till then, will wait for Next Friday for another mind-blowing issue of Unapologetically You.

But it is good to know of your other methods. Also try voice notes when you have your hands full in a lot of ways. I do that so I can listen to my voice to give me more motivation. Because somewhere the conviction in my voice is also a kick-starter for me.

I have tried doing that but my thoughts gets disturbed my own voice. Can you beat that. My mind admonishes me for that.
